The KIDSORTED Story

KIDSORTED is the Little Black Book for kids activities and services. We bring you the best of what your neighbourhood has to offer, including activities, camps, events and services. You can browse the site to get inspired or search by postcode, age, schedule or interest. Best of all, you can book many of the activities on KIDSORTED directly online or send enquiries to service providers like birthday party entertainers.

“Living in London and juggling career and parenting, I soon realised that there wasn’t a single website out there to make finding and booking kids activities easy. Childhood is the time to nurture talents and curiosity, though busy lifestyles often make that a more difficult process than it should be. With KIDSORTED we also want to allow activity providers to focus on what they love – working with children – rather than spending all their time on marketing and admin.”

Julia, KIDSORTED Founder

We Create Long-Term Win-Win Partnerships

Our success is dependent upon the collective energy and know-how of all of our team members, local community managers and partners. Meet the Team

Julia Brucher, Founder

Julia’s previous experience includes her role as Head of Marketing Europe for jewellery social selling company Stella & Dot and eBay’s lead for the UK and German B2C fashion business. Julia has a track record for driving successful entrepreneurial ventures including her role as managing director for luxury e-tailer mytheresa.com and Director of E-Commerce for Boutique 1 in Dubai. She has a passion for driving innovation and developing industry and brand partnerships to build best-in-class consumer propositions. Julia holds a BSc in Business Management from Babson College and a degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design. Julia lives with her husband and twin girls in West London and is a fan of German efficiency paired with a fun and optimistic attitude towards life!

Cornelia Colonius, Editor

Cornelia and Julia met when her twins participated in one of Cornelia’s SplotchBird art/photo classes (featured on Kidsorted). Being two German mums juggling work and family-life in London, they quickly realised that they had the same passion and drive to “make things happen”. Shortly after, Cornelia joined Julia’s team to focus on the media content and strategy. Cornelia’s background is in investment banking, but after 16 years slaving away in an office, she decided to break free and let her creativity run wild. Initially completing photography courses at Kensington and Chelsea College, she started a successful local business that focuses on re-creating storybooks and images using studio photography and illustrations. Cornelia has 4 kids under 8-years, so she has been in the kids’ activities scene for a long time and she is definitely someone who knows the “ins and out” of what parents, kids and providers want.

Ioana Rad, Backend Developer

Ioana was always a “girly” kind of girl, loved to play with dolls, until she discovered programming and replaced the dolls with a keyboard. Apart from programming she also loves romance novels and the seaside. Ioana says about herself: “I get involved in everything I do and believe that determination is the best foundation for success. The most important thing is to really wish for something and it most definitely will come true.”

Ioana Cretiu

Ioana Crețiu, Frontend Developer

Like every “kid” nowadays, Ioana likes to play with computers and does designs…though these days it’s web design. This has been one of her dreams since she was a little girl, and she considers herself very lucky and blessed that she has had the opportunity to do what she loves. Despite the nature of her job, Ioana is a very active and energetic person. She likes bike riding, skiing and swimming, but most of all she loves keeping her soul happy by having lots of fun with her family and friends, laughing as much she can and enjoying every day. Ioana strongly believes that with determination, seriousness and a pure heart, you can achieve great things in life.

Ryan Dammay, Graphic Designer

Ryan’s affinity for design began at an early age when he first discovered architecture, dabbling in the design field using Paint as his tool of choice. He graduated with a BS degree in Information Technology Major in Computer Science and worked on web and graphic designs for the past 10 years, and on major projects in luxury fashion e-commerce for 8 years. Design is Ryan’s driving passion, and he is always looking to find a new way to reinterpret old ideas. It is the beautiful designs that he imagines and brings to life that inspire him to continue to grow and develop his skill set further, with the determination to always develop his latest design to be better than the last. If he’s not at his desk designing, you can find him out on the basketball court shooting hoops or spending time with his family.
